Description: Steyning is a beautiful village with many medieval buildings. It shelters in the shadow of two ancient Iron Age forts, Chanctonbury and Cissbury rings. These are photographs taken more or less at random while I walked along.

This sign was to mark the footpath says: You can't quite see but tehre are 3 arrows. 2 above the visible one. Obviously someone is annoyed that people go the other way.
